Security can be an additional concern for property owners. With empty property attracting unwanted attention from opportunist thieves & vandals and even the previous tenants returning or worse still squatters.
Sauber Landlord Services has designed our Security Check service to help prevent the above from happening by visiting the premises regularly at different times of the day to give the impression that the property is still occupied. On each visit we will:
Due to customer requests we have now added meter readings Free Of Charge to our Security Check Service.
The Security Check service can be carried out at a frequency to suit, usually daily or weekly. If you have particular concerns we can visit several times a day, alternatively we can visit on a completely ad-hoc basis just contact us and will perform a Security Check.
We can collect and return the keys to the property owner/manager or if we are performing our security check service regularly, store them securely at our premises until the property is let.
Our Security Check Service costs just: £9.99 per visit (please contact us for pricing if you require more than 2 visits per week in one or more properties)
If all you need is the meter readings – we offer a meter reading only service. From only £7.50 we will email the readings to you while we are on site.
