End of Tenancy Clean

Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning service can improve the look and smell of a property significantly enhancing it's appeal to prospective tenant's or purchasers.
As can be expected from Sauber Landlord Services we will move and return all furniture when cleaning carpets, removing the requirement for the property owner or manager to attend.
Window Cleaning
Sauber Landlord Services uses a water fed pole system to clean exterior windows. Utilising 'purified water' without detergents, your windows dry spotless without the need of wiping the contaminates off. No detergent residue means windows do not get dirty so quickly, windows stay cleaner... longer.
Gutter Clearance
Because gutters cannot be seen they are often overlooked, more so with an investment property, it is easy to forget that feathers, leaves, twigs, rubbish and even birds' nests can build up until the gutter fails to cope with the next heavy downpour of rain potentially causing significant damage to the fabric of the building.
Gutters need to be cleared and checked at least once a year, and more frequently if the building is close to trees.
